#120 — Repressed

In this issue of Wiik Sauce, we once more dive into the sick, depraved mind of Racoon (or Blankoon, as we’ve taken to affectionately calling his latest incarnation). This strip comes out of a comment off hand that Skwerl made to me, where apparently every Pokemon fan has had a crush on Nurse Joy. Granted, I wouldn’t know, since aside from a handful of episodes of the series and a grand total of maybe an hour of every Pokemon game combined, I’ve not had much experience with the universe.

I have no crush on Nurse Joy. On Misty yes, on Sabrina yes, on Dawn yes, even on Leaf, but Nurse Joy… I’ll leave her to Brock.

So, you’re into all the under-age girls?

    *Calls the FBI*

I don’t know.. Nurse Joy could be an exquisite woman, think about it, almost all towns in this so called pokemon game, all of the nurse joys look the same and also have the same name except they differentiate themselves by who lives in which town and apparently.. they have different little specifications according to the character brock.. Same with that officer in that cartoon show..

Chanimal, apparently Joy is their surname (in Japan married people can choose to use the surname of the woman), as revealed in a recent episode where two young Joys were revealed to be named Marnie Francis Lynnette Joy (Sayaka François Joy in the original) and Paige Francis Lynnelle Joy (Mai François Joy). A similar situation exists also for the Officer Jennies.
Skwerl, I’m not into under-age girls. When I began to interest with Pokemon I was 14, and I carried this preference over the cloned nurse at my actual age. Besides, the best scene regarding a Joy was in the first movie, when Brock looked at the poster of a kidnapped Joy and commented that he saw her before. Well, he actually saw an hologram of that Joy, but if Joys’ best moment was a stupid joke about their being apparently clones I suppose that they cannot compete with the charme of the mentioned characters. The Jennies can, but just barely.
P.S.: I live in Italy, FBI can do nothing to me.
Another P.S.: I know a family where all the males looks identical, like Jennies and Joys! I’m not joking!

Sad thing is, I did have a crush on both Nurse Joy and Officer Jennie back in high school…

    … Fuck you, Chris.
