#158: The Interludes, Part 9
Yes, Toaden is imprisoned with Peach.
As the Interludes begin to wind down, I’d like to remind people we will get back to focusing on the main characters of Wiik Sauce again. You may remember the storyline tease we did? Well, get psyched. There’s a pretty big ramification to the storyline that I’ve yet to mention, one that’s been in the works for well over a year. Pretty sure you guys will enjoy the hell out of it, too.

We are a people of different faiths, but we are one. Which faith conquers the other is not the question; rather, the question is whether Christianity stands or falls. … We tolerate no one in our ranks who attacks the ideas of Christianity … in fact our movement is Christian. We are filled with a desire for Catholics and Protestants to discover one another in the deep distress of our own people.

So are you saying we should become a Christian web comic??

Doubtful, more a comment on how Mario is acting, eliminating enemies of the state. Nice touch on having her crown removed when imprisoned, if she’s a traitor she’s no longer royalty. (Although most royalty disposed brings up images of the guillotine)
I was wondering how you were going to handle the Peach conflict if Mario returned.

The same way I handle everything sir. I shake it up, and pour some Awesome on it.
The crown would actually be a Skwerl touch though, which I didn’t notice until right now. Spiff.

Altherix, I’m figure Mario would keep Peach alive to see what information he could get from her before killing her. Same reason Toaden isn’t dead yet.
